15 cats, doggy discovered residing in deplorable circumstances in motor dwelling, police say

MILLCREEK — A girl identified dwelling in deplorable ailments in a motor home together with 16 animals was arrested Tuesday by Unified law enforcement.

Tarah G. Miles, 42, was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail for investigation of 16 counts of cruelty to animals, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Unified police ended up named to the place of 4000 S. West Temple on a report of two undesired motor households parked there, in accordance to a police affidavit. The particular person who referred to as police claimed various individuals “come and go from the motor home” and asked for police make them leave, the affidavit states.

Though police were being rounding up the animals, Miles, the driver of the motor home, arrived on scene.

Miles was arrested.

Law enforcement also observed a “loaded syringe” in her pocket, according to the affidavit.
