Contemporary education “reform” in the US can trace its roots to President Johnson’s War on Poverty in the mid-1960s. We have been trying to make improvements to the instructional results of having difficulties college districts since. Literally hundreds of suggestions have been experimented with. Trillions of pounds have been spent. The failure level has been astoundingly high to the issue it nearly defies comprehension.
